Complaints: Report illegal content or appeal Hopp decisions

Submit a complaint to:

1. Report technical or compliance issues related to your account;

2. Flag illegal content or activity; or

3. Appeal to review a decision:
  • affecting your account, such as suspension or termination of your account or monetary payments to you, or
  • made in relation to illegal content.

Before submitting a complaint, please read our complaint-handling guidelines clarifying how complaints are dealt with. For general feedback or topics not listed above, please review our Support Portal or contact our Support Team through the app.
