Uploading documents using the driver portal

Driver Document Upload

Upload your documents

1. Go to settings
2. Select "Driver Portal"
3. Open the menu and select "My Documents"
4. Select the document you would like to upload and enter the expiry date if applicable
5. Confirm the document is clear and submit

Vehicle Document Upload

1. Go to settings
2. Select "Driver Portal"
3. Open the menu and select "Vehicles"
4. Select the vehicle you would like to upload a document for
5. Select the document you would like to upload and enter the expiry date if applicable
6. Confirm the document is clear and submit

What Happens Next?

After you have submitted your documents for verification, please allow up to 48 hours for approval.

• Once your document has been approved, you will be notified!
• If your document has been declined, you will be asked to resubmit the document. You can find more information on document requirements here.
