Uploading documents using the driver portal

Submitting your documents is easy through the driver app.

Driver Document Upload

Upload your documents

  1. Go to the menu at the top left of the home screen in your driver app

  1. Select "Driver Portal" at the bottom of the list below Settings

  1. Open the menu and select "My Documents"

  1. Select the document you would like to upload and enter the expiry date if applicable

Find the document you want to update

Select or take a photo

  1. Confirm the document is clear and the entire document is visible, then submit

Submit!

Vehicle Document Upload

  1. Go to the menu at the top left of the home screen in your driver app

  1. Select the vehicle you would like to upload a document for

Find the document you want to update

Select or take a photo

  1. Confirm the document is clear and the entire document is visible, then submit

Submit!

What Happens Next?

After you have submitted your documents for verification, please allow up to 48 hours for approval.

  • Once your document has been approved, you will be notified!
  • If your document has been declined, you will be asked to resubmit the document. You can find more information on document requirements here.
