The City of Toronto requires that while online with a Private Transportation Company (PTC), a driver must display an identifier (your Hopp sticker) in the rear windshield of their vehicle.

Ensure that while you are online, your Hopp sticker is displayed on the passenger side of your rear windshield, failure to do so can result in a ticket being issued. This sticker can be placed on your rear windshield from within your vehicle with the Hopp lettering facing outwards.

If you are taking rides out of Pearson International Airport, a sticker must also be displayed on the lower passenger side front windshield of your vehicle.

Watch for Bikes and Scooters Sticker

While there is a notification from the Hopp app that warns passengers to watch for bikes and scooters when they approach their destination, it is also recommended to display notice to passengers in your vehicle.

Ensure that while you are online, your bike and scooter warning sticker is placed in the rear passenger seat window.

Notice of recording sticker

If your vehicle has a camera capable of recording audio or video, you must provide clear notice to passengers that they may be recorded. This can be done with the notice of recording sticker.

Ensure that while you are online, your notice of recording sticker is placed in the rear passenger seat windows.
