You can edit the following account details via the Hopp app:

• First and last names
• Email address
• Phone number

To edit your account information, follow these steps:

• Open the app menu (3 horizontal lines)
• Tap on My account
• Select Personal info
• Locate the piece of information you want to change
• Select Edit
• Update the details

Your information will be updated automatically, but you may be required to verify your details.

If you update your email address, you will receive a verification request to your new email address. Ensure you verify your new email address following the instructions in the email sent by Hopp. The email address will be updated on your profile even if the email is not verified.

If you update your phone number, you will receive a verification request via SMS to your new phone number. Make sure you verify your new phone number following the instructions in the SMS sent by Hopp. Once the phone number is verified, it will automatically change on your profile.
