I didn't receive an invoice

We automatically send receipts to your email address after a ride is finished.

If you need to receive the receipts to a different email address, change the email address in your profile.

You can download or resend a trip receipt in the app:

  • Navigate to My Rides in the app menu
  • Select the relevant ride
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "Get receipt"
  • Download or resend your receipt.
