If you receive any emails from Hopp and you've never created an account or used our services, it's possible that someone else has created a Hopp account using your email address.

Some domain providers (such as Gmail and Hotmail) recycle email addresses. This can occur when an email address hasn't been used for a long period of time.

If you're receiving emails from Hopp and you do not have a Hopp account, please send a copy of the received email to our Support team at help@gethop.com. Make sure to contact us using the email address to which you are receiving the Hopp emails.
