If you are unable to request a ride, try selecting a different payment method. If the issue persists, proceed based on the applicable scenario:
- Suspended account: Follow the instructions in the pop-up message
- Insufficient funds: The system may validate your card with a temporary booking. Ensure you have enough funds on your card, and top up your account if needed.
- Outside the operating area: The message "Hopp is not yet available here" means we don’t operate in your area or you are outside your city’s operating zone. You can find all our active cities on our website ↗.
- Technical issues: Take screenshots of the problem and contact our Support team
