I didn't receive my payout

Your payments are calculated automatically every week. A payment cycle runs from Monday (00:00) to the following Sunday (23:59). If you are due to receive a payout, we will send the funds during the first half of the following week.

The payout will be sent to the bank account or mobile wallet linked to your driver profile. Depending on the local bank’s processing time, it may take 1-2 business days for the transaction to be completed and the payout to be received.

To see your balance and payout amount, go to the Earnings tab in the app.

If you didn’t receive a payout, please make sure:

  • Your driver account is active and not suspended
  • The bank account details associated with your driver profile are correct. If there is a typo, please update the bank account details. The sum will be included in the current balance and paid with your next payout.
  • Your balance by the end of the week was positive.
  • If you use a company or another person's bank account, please contact them regarding your payout.
