Hopp for All Program - Terms and Conditions

By applying for and using the Hopp for All Program, you agree to the following terms, which apply in addition to our General Terms of Service. Please read these carefully.

1. Eligibility Certification: By submitting your application, you certify that you meet the program’s eligibility requirements, such as being enrolled in a qualifying assistance program (e.g., SNAP, Medicaid). You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the application process. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the program, suspension of your account, and other applicable consequences.

2. Periodic Verification: We may request updated documentation to verify your continued eligibility for this program. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the suspension or termination of your Hopp for All Program participation.

3. Program Usage: The Hopp for All Program is personal to you and cannot be transferred to others. Any misuse of program benefits, including allowing others to use passes, may result in immediate suspension. Benefits are only valid for use in the city where you reside, as indicated in your application. If you move to a different city, you must update your account information, and your eligibility for the program in the new location will be re-evaluated.

4. Outstanding Debts or Fines: Access to the Hopp for All Program will be suspended if your account has any outstanding debts, unpaid fines, or unresolved damages related to your use of our scooters. To regain access, you must settle any outstanding amounts on your account.

5. Program Modifications or Termination: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Hopp for All Program at any time. If the program is discontinued, we will notify participants in advance where possible.

6. Ride Caps and Restrictions: The program may include limits on the number of discounted or free rides available each month. Additional rides will be charged at the standard rate. Certain geographic or time-based restrictions may apply to the program’s availability.

7. Privacy and Data Use: Documents you provide will be used for eligibility verification and program management purposes. We take your privacy seriously and will not share your data without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement: By participating in the program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. You also agree to notify us promptly of any changes in your eligibility status (e.g., if you are no longer enrolled in a qualifying assistance program).

9. Disputes and Resolution: Any disputes arising from the Hopp for All Program will be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, as outlined in our General Terms of Service.
