Banking details for driver payouts
This article details what banking details are required to receive driver earnings and how to update your banking details.
Hopp requires your banking details to process your weekly driver earnings. These details are collected during your driver onboarding. On occasion, you may need to update your banking details due to:
- A new bank / changed bank account or
- Banking details incorrectly entered during registration.
Steps to Update Banking Details
- Download a blank cheque from your banking provider
- Ensure that the blank cheque is for the chequing account that you wish to receive your driver earnings
- Share a copy of your blank cheque with Hopp by emailing it to info@gethopp.com with the subject line 'Update Banking Details'
- Be sure to include your name, email, and phone number as well as a copy of the blank cheque in the body of the email
