We’re currently available in Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham—with more cities coming soon! If you’re outside these areas, sit tight—we’ll be expanding!
Are all your documents up to date?
Missing driver or vehicle documents can keep you offline. Double-check and upload them in the driver portal here.
Have you completed your background check?
If you haven’t finished your background check, search for an email with the subject line "Hopp driver application: complete your background check" to complete your background check.
Is your account still being created?
If you recently signed up, your account may still be in the works. We’ll notify you once you’re good to go!
