Responding to orders on Hopp
With Hopp, you choose when you want to earn. That means that you can select which trips work for you, whether on-demand or scheduled rides.
However, to ensure that passengers are matched with drivers who are able to accept trips, Hopp might temporarily set your account offline if you decline or fail to respond to a large number of orders in a row.

Why does Hopp set my account offline?
To ensure the Hopp platform operates smoothly, we have to match riders with drivers who are able to accept trips. Setting drivers offline who appear unable to accept trips helps us do that.
This policy is not meant to interrupt your access to our platform in any way. If you are able to accept trips, simply go back online by swiping on your driver app as usual.

How do I go back online?
To resume accepting orders, simply swipe on your driver app as you normally would. There is no block or limitation on your account.
How many rejected orders before I go offline?
After 15 consecutive orders are rejected or ignored, your account will temporarily be set offline. There is no waiting period or limitation to going back online - just swipe and resume earning with Hopp.
